I am hugely disappointed in myself because I know I'm better than this.  But I'm not going to let it be self-defeating.  I have thirty days left and although it's going to take a lot of hard work and I'll still only be able to get to a 69% at best, I still have the ability to turn this around.

This running thing is really kicking the fat loss into high gear. I've lost 0.6lbs since 09 Oct and my body fat percentage dropped 0.4%! My skeletal muscle percentage went up 0.2%! YAY

I love this scale.

I got up at 6am this morning to exercise, just like I did yesterday. To-day, though, I'm on Day 2, so I was out before dawn to run as much as I could during 30 minutes. The idea is that you can walk as much as you need, but you need to keep moving the whole 30mins and work up to running the whole hour. That reminds me.. I need to make an "exercise" playlist on my mp3 player for Day 2s. Anyway, it was spectacular. I enjoyed it last time, but it was really just fantastic this time.

Who is this person I've become? Where did she come from? I don't know, but I like her a lot. She's health-conscious and loves to exercise. I always want to be her.

I'm sore, but oh I love it.

In a related note, I have plans to finally take that fencing class. Alex called for pricing and such and they said I'd probably be bored to tears in I, so I think I'll be taking II. I can't wait! :D


Seriously, people? Who is this person? And why isn't she skinnier? ;)
